ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  • Children are admitted in the Montessori tier on a first come first serve basis as seats are limited; however, admissions in Montessori classes are open throughout the session to fill in any vacancy as per the Bridgewell School aims to focus on designated and focused learning on each individual, hence the seats are limited as per the capacity.
  • A child can be admitted from the age of 2 years plus to 5 years Admission will be granted, subject to clearing informal interviews.
  • For Montessori classes an informal assessment is conducted combined with an interview with the Parents/Guardian. Generally, the reading ability of the child, vocabulary and recognition of words, concepts of colors and numbers is The confidence and development of motor skills and mannerism of the child is also taken into consideration – how the child sits, walks and talks.
  • At the time of admission, an appointment is given for the parents to meet the Head of the Montessori The child is assessed in an informal environment, separately.
  • Both the parents must be present at the time of interview, failing which the admission cannot be processed.

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION

  1. 4 Recent Photographs of student, 1 each of a parent (Father and Mother).
  2. Copy of Child’s Birth Certificate and Registration Certificate (B-Form) issued from NADRA.
  3. School Leaving Certificate, Last Result Report (if any).
  4. CNIC copies of both Parents.
  5. Past & Current Medical Illness issue (if any) to be disclosed at the time of Registration.
  6. In case of Separation/Custody of child, please provide copies of Legal Documents.

From spacious classrooms to state-of-the-art technology, we have everything our students need to excel in their academic and co-curricular pursuits.

Our classrooms are designed to provide a comfortable learning environment for our students. They are spacious, well-ventilated, and well-lit, with ergonomic furniture that is adjustable to accommodate different body types. Our classrooms are also equipped with the latest technology and teaching aids which help our teachers to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.

We also have an indoor play facility that is equipped with a range of sports equipment allowing our students to engage in sports activities throughout the year. Our classes are well-stocked with books, journals, and multimedia resources, catering to different reading levels and interests.

Other than that, the campus is under 24-hour security coverage, airconditioned room, standby generators and with all basic necessities to provide a comfortable learning environment for our students.

We strive to create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages students to explore their interests and develop their talents, both in academics and co-curricular activities.

Policies and Guidelines

GENERAL SCHOOL RULES
  • Be punctual, report to school and class on time. School begins at 8:30 a.m. If a student arrives in school after 8:30 he/she needs to report to the office to receive an admit/tardy slip. Students are discouraged from coming to school prior to 8:00 a.m. due to lack of adult supervision.
  • Strive to be present every school day. In case of absence, parents should call the school in the morning of the absence and notify the teacher in writing upon the student’s return to school.
  • Respect each other at all times. Disagreements will be settled by discussing the problem and seeking a solution that is fair to all concerned.

8• Teachers and Staff are directed and requested to keep building and the campus clean and neat. Do not deface or damage school property. Unsupervised Students who vandalize the school property will make restitution.

  • Teachers are directed to maintain order when moving to different areas with Children.
  • Teachers are strictly guided to check the students and prohibit any of the below items in the campus, following are not allowed in school unless prior permission is granted by the school staff:

o Radios, cell phones, pagers and other electrical equipment

o Yoyos, darts, sling shots, and other potentially dangerous toys

o Pets

o Skateboards, roller skates, rollerblades, razors

o Valuables, Extra money, Computer games, items of sentimental value

o fireworks, matches

o weapons or expensive toys

o Gum and other choke able items

  • Avoid using abusive or profane language and gestures, the ethical breach is strictly prohibited and shall not be tolerated.
  • Teachers are instructed to keep students from climbing trees, gates, railings, fences, and the school buildings.
  • Respect the property rights of others.
  • Leave the premises immediately after school duties/responsibilities are completed.
  • Buying/selling of personal items and trading are not allowed.
  • Rs 1000/= will be charged for leaving certificate.
  • If you want to take OFF your child from school in the Mid of Session for any reason you have to pay one month fees.
  • The school management have an authority to change the student’s fee structure as per the situation.
